The Principal is keen to recruiting a Professional Head Cook/House Parent There.
- Attend to all health needs of staff and students, including first aid and CPR, illness management, communicable disease prevention, and substance abuse identification
- Develop and implement school health policies and protocols, including nutrition, physical education, health education, school health services, and school health assessments
- Maintain updated medication lists for students and staff, and administer medications according to school protocols
- Maintain and report immunizations and physical exams for students
- Provide medical care and health services to students
- Ensure that all students are monitored and protected from infectious diseases
- Provide counseling to prepare students for health emergencies
- Investigate accidents and incidents; take necessary action to prevent similar events from occurring
- -Provide first aid when injured
JOB REQUIREMENTS For The School Hostel
- Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline
- 3+ years’ of cooking and house parenting experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with students and staff
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of school procedures
- Knowledge of emergency response planning
