Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the IGCSE Mathematics curriculum, ensuring appropriate coverage of key topics and concepts.

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect, collaboration, and student participation.

Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Analyze assessment data to identify individual student strengths and weaknesses, and develop appropriate interventions or enrichment activities to support their learning.
Utilize technology effectively in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and strategies for improving student outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress, and communicate this information effectively to students, parents/guardians, and school administrators.
Create a supportive and nurturing learning environment that fosters students' confidence, self-esteem, and passion for mathematics.
Stay abreast of developments in mathematics education, including new teaching methods, resources, and technology, and incorporate them into instructional practices when appropriate.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Teaching certification or qualification in Mathematics or Education.
Experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics or familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum is highly desirable
A strong command of the subject matter and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Proficiency in using technology tools and software for instructional purposes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A passion for teaching mathematics and a commitment to promoting student success.
