We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year Two Teacher to join our vibrant school community. As a Year three Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons that align with the school's curriculum and learning objectives for Year Two students.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and encourages active student participation.

Assess and monitor students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.

Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching methods, instructional materials, and resources to enhance learning outcomes.

Foster a strong classroom community by building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and integrated learning experience for students.

Effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined learning environment.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on students' progress, achievements, and areas for growth.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities to support the school's goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Valid teaching certification or license.

Proven experience teaching Year Two students or similar age group.

Strong knowledge of the Year Two curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to creating a positive and inspiring learning environment.

Organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom activities and resources.

Adaptability and flexibility to cater to the needs of individual students and the class as a whole.

Passion for professional development and a willingness to continually improve teaching practices.

Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦55,000.00 per month
