The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching Accounting and Economics to students at various levels. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Accounting for the accounting teachers and same for Economics, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Teaching*: Deliver high-quality lessons to students in Accounting and Economics, ensuring that the curriculum is covered and students achieve their full potential.
2. *Lesson Planning*: Prepare and plan lessons, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of students.
3. *Assessment and Feedback*: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track student performance.
4. *Classroom Management*: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behavior and ensuring student engagement.
5. *Collaboration*: Work with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and support student success.
Requirements:
1. *Qualifications*: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field. Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
2. *Subject Matter Expertise*: Strong knowledge of Accounting and Economics principles, theories, and practices.
3. *Teaching Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
4. *Patience and Empathy*: Ability to work with students of varying abilities and learning styles.
## Preferred Qualifications:
1. *Master's degree*: In Accounting, Economics, or related field.
