Description
Molly Distinct Consult is a leading educational consulting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Early Years Department for one of our partnered schools in Lugbe, Abuja. As a key member of the school's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the early years department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for early years students that meets national standards
- - Provide leadership and guidance to early years teachers and staff
- - Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure student needs are met
- - Monitor student progress and develop strategies for improvement
- - Support teacher development and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives
- - Ensure effective communication with school administrators, teachers, and parents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- - Proven experience in early years education leadership
- - Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators
